Bartender — July 4th Event | $37.50/hr + $50 Bonus | Washington, DC
Indeed Flex is hiring Bartenders for an upscale July 4th event in downtown Washington, DC. If you're skilled behind the bar and thrive in high-energy settings, we want you on the team.

THE DETAILS
- $37.50/hr
- Same Day Pay available — get paid the same or next day
- $50 July 4th Shift Bonus — work and complete your shift on Saturday, July 4th and earn an extra $50 on top of your regular pay, paid by direct deposit on your next pay date.
- Shift: Saturday, July 4, 2026 — hours vary by schedule
- Location: Downtown Washington, DC
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Sign in and out with the captain for time approval
- Set up the bar per captain's instructions — pull bar product, chill beer and wine, cut bar fruit, place glassware, stock bar ice
- Take orders and mix cocktails (Old Fashioned, Margarita, Manhattan, and more)
- Serve guests with a smile and provide attentive, professional service
- Clean up and break down the bar at the end of the event, including taking out trash
- Return all product to its appropriate location after the event
- Other duties as assigned within reason
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 3 months of bartending in a high-volume venue
- At least 6 months of bartending experience overall
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and wine pairing
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
